Stress Away Body Scrub




One of the easiest ways to pamper your skin is to make a body scrub.  You can whip up a relaxing body scrub with basic ingredients you probably have in your kitchen.  The best part is adding Young Living Therapeutic Grade essential oils.

This morning I created the best body scrub using my Stress Away essential oil blend.  Not only will it help melt your stresses away, but it sure smells yummy!

Stress Away Body Scrub

  • 1 Cup Raw Oatmeal
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 20 drops Stress Away Essential Oil Blend

Ground the oatmeal in a food processor.  Pour into a big glass bowl and mix in the brown sugar and coconut oil.  Mix well.  Then mix in 20 drops of Stress Away Essential Oil Blend. 
Store in an airtight container.  I used a pint sized Mason Jar.


You can apply this body scrub while soaking in the bathtub after a stressful day.  Gently rub onto dry areas of your skin in a circular motion.  Rinse with warm water. 

This would make a great gift for a new mom or a bride-to-be.
